Toning and Sound Healing Event

Carol Biel will be leading a sound healing circle utilizing vocal toning and crystal bowls. In this safe and loving gathering, participants will be given tools to align chakras, calm the nervous system, and to drop into a deep stillness, allowing specific needs to be met for each individual. Carol holds a masters degree in music and has performed and taught professionally for over 30 years. She has studied and developed a deep understanding of the healing affects of frequency and has been leading sound healing circles for 25 years.
